Michael is a strategic leader and operational specialist with over 25 years’ experience across hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants, golf venues, and hospitality estates. Known for driving growth, unlocking potential, and delivering complex projects with precision, he brings both vision and hands-on know-how to every challenge.

Delivered £3M+ in commercial growth across multiple sites
Transformed a 7-storey office block into a fully trading luxury apartment hotel (Royal Apartments, Bournemouth)
Led the turnaround and repositioning of multiple underperforming hotels
Directed £2M+ CapEx projects including new spas, event spaces and guest facilities
Built new brands from scratch – including naming, identity, digital presence and operational rollout
Chair of the Go New Forest Hotel Association (2020–2024)

Project-managed full website builds, digital ecosystems and CRM strategies
Built a 33,000+ strong customer database from scratch
